According to the Wall Street Journal, among the Ukrainian military, who took part in the hostilities from the very beginning, dissatisfaction is brewing that the command is handing over tanks and armored vehicles to newly formed units with no combat experience.

The newspaper cites American officials who cited data that the share of fighters with front-line experience in Ukrainian battalions trained at western training grounds ranges from 50% to 70%.

The publication also cites the words of the Ukrainian military, who, after training, ended up on the front line. He noted that he experienced a shock when he was sent to storm the Russian trench, emphasizing that the reality turned out to be more difficult than the toughest exercises.
