Why Europe May Face Shortage of Seasonal Workers Amid NWO
[ad_1]
In Europe, labor migrants, mainly from Ukraine, traditionally got seasonal jobs. At the same time, against the backdrop of a special operation, European countries may face a shortage of workers. For example, Finnish farmers risk losing up to 50-60 tons of strawberries due to a lack of labor, the local YLE portal reported in early August. About 70% of strawberry pickers were mainly represented by workers from Ukraine, the publication points out.
At the same time, about 6 million Ukrainian refugees were recorded in Europe in July, among which 1.2 million people were recognized as able-bodied, follows from the OECD report on the impact of the conflict on the European labor market. The largest increase in the number of working-age population is observed in the countries of Eastern Europe – in the Czech Republic (by 2.2%), Poland (2.1%), Estonia (1.9%), Hungary, Latvia, Slovakia, Lithuania and Romania (from 1 to 1.5%).
