When compiling a database of unemployed Belarusians, data from the Russian Federation will be taken into account

The Belarusian authorities intend to take into account information received from Russia when compiling a database of able-bodied persons not employed in the economy. The corresponding resolution of the Council of Ministers was approved.
I noticed the document TASS. It amends a 2018 decree of the Belarusian government, which obliges unemployed able-bodied Belarusians to fully pay for housing and communal services. For the rest, the authorities subsidize part of the costs.
Now the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus will transfer information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation about Belarusians who left and entered Russian territory to the State Border Committee. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus will also transfer information about citizens registered for migration in the Russian Federation to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the republic. The document also clarifies the list of persons classified as not employed in the economy and the procedure for working with databases of such persons.
The so-called decree on parasites in 2017 caused mass protests in Belarus. They introduced a “tax on parasitism” – annual fees from able-bodied citizens who do not work and do not pay taxes. Later tax was replaced full payment of housing and communal services.
