The head of the central executive committee of United Russia, State Duma deputy Alexander Sidyakin clarified that all areas of the people’s program have been implemented at 50-87% of the annual plan. According to Turchak, special attention was paid to the participants of the special operation and to new regions – in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, 2,500 apartment buildings and 150 social facilities were restored, “residents receive pensions, benefits and social payments according to Russian standards.” “The implementation of the people’s program, as before, is included in the draft federal budget for the next three years. Chairman of United Russia and Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev promised that the party will continue to fulfill its promises contained in the people’s program. According to him, when working on the federal budget, “we tried to take into account the wishes of voters as much as possible,” for example, in terms of indexation of maternity capital, pensions, minimum wage, etc. Also, United Russia proposed an increase of 26.5 billion rubles. program for integrated development of rural areas.

At the event, Minister of Education Sergei Kravtsov promised that all obligations undertaken by United Russia regarding general and secondary education would be fulfilled. Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov said that the budget has allocated 1.9 trillion rubles to finance the provisions of the people’s program for social support of Russians. The budget, the minister noted, provides for indexation of maternity capital by 7.5%, as a result of which parents will be able to receive a payment for the first child in the amount of about 631,000 rubles, and for the second (if the family did not receive a certificate for the first child) – 834,000 rubles .

Kotyakov also spoke about the integration of new regions into the social and labor sphere of the Russian Federation. According to him, almost 246,000 unified benefits have already been assigned, which are received by parents of children, as well as 770,000 pensions from the Social Fund for residents of new regions.

At the meeting, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Education Olga Kazakova said that the party proposes to increase by 9 billion rubles. financing of the “Professionality” program.
