The online cinema START and the food delivery service “Kitchen in the Area” conducted a study among customers to find out what Russians prefer to eat while watching movies and TV series. It is reported that more than 1,700 respondents took part in the survey. The most popular snacks were chips and pizza – they were preferred by 70% of respondents. The top three favorite delicacies also included sushi and rolls. It’s interesting that popcorn, which has always been a traditional snack “for the movies,” was only in fourth place, sharing it with French fries. The least common foods viewers eat while watching movies and TV series are burgers, chocolate, and salad.
