In August 2008, the Su-34s were used by the Russian Air Force in the armed conflict in South Ossetia, during which they provided jamming for Georgian air defense radar stations. Since September 30, 2015, these aircraft have been participating in the Russian military operation in Syria. In 2022, Russian Su-34s are used during a special military operation in Ukraine.
