Stremousov Kirill Sergeevich was born on December 26, 1976 in the urban-type settlement of Golmovsky, Donetsk Region (Ukrainian SSR). Graduated from motor transport college, Ternopil Academy of National Economy (Western Ukrainian National University). After graduation, he lived in Europe for several years.

After returning to Ukraine, he went into business, established the Vega company, which was engaged in the production and sale of fish feed. Later he worked in the fish inspection in Kerch. In 2007, he took a senior position in the main operational department of fish protection of Ukraine in Kyiv.

In 2009, he resigned and moved to Kherson, where he took up journalism. Created an environmental public organization and the information agency “Tavria-news”. At the same time, he entered politics, working in the local cell of the Christian Democratic Union party. He also headed the public organization “Anti-criminal choice”.

According to media reports, in 2011 he received a work visa to the United States for five years, where he went to collect material for a book. Lived and worked as a laborer in Chicago, hitchhiking.

After returning to his homeland, in 2016, he became a co-founder of the Ukrainian Center for Ecological Self-Defense public organization. He was the organizer of numerous pro-Russian rallies and actions.

In 2018–2019, he headed the Kherson branch of the Socialist Party of Ukraine. In 2019, he took part in the parliamentary elections as a self-nominated candidate, but won only 1.74% of voters. In 2020, he ran for the post of head of Kherson, receiving 1.37% of the vote. In 2021, he became a member of the pro-Russian Derzhava party.

In March 2022, after the start of a military special operation in Ukraine, he created and headed the “Rescue Committee for Peace and Order”. He called himself deputy chairman of the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region. On June 3, 2022, he fell under the sanctions of the European Union, and a month later, the United States.

After the region became part of Russia, he officially became the deputy head of the administration. He actively covered the events taking place in the Kherson region, in his Telegram channel more than 120 thousand subscribers.

In September 2022, he received a Russian passport from the hands of the head of the Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov.

Since 2019, together with his wife Oksana, he has been blogging on YouTube called “The Stremousov Family”, where the couple talked about the life of their family. The Stremousovs have five children (three sons and two daughters).
