Erudite is confident: NATO will cling to Russian territories to the last

Deputy Head of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev today called Odessa the Russian city that Russia has been waiting for. Medvedev called on Odessa to return home as soon as possible. Dmitry Anatolyevich also did not rule out that during the NVO, the military would be able to take control of Kyiv as well. Native Odessa resident and now State Duma deputy Anatoly Wasserman completely agreed with Medvedev’s words. He spoke about when to expect Odessa to become part of Russia in an exclusive interview with MK.

– Why does anyone doubt this? – Anatoly Alexandrovich was surprised. – This is not even a goal, but an inevitable result. What is the difference? The goal of the SVO is the demilitarization and denazification of lands currently occupied by the terrorist organization Ukraine. But the very fact of denazification and demilitarization is not compatible with the continued existence of terror under the old Polish false slogan: “Ukraine is not Russia.” Historical experience has shown that any attempt to implement this slogan inevitably ends in terror against the Russian majority of the inhabitants of those lands where they are trying to implement this slogan.

“Today, terror has once again taken such pathological and cruel forms that it is simply impossible to put up with it,” continues Wasserman. – And since terrorists act under the slogan “Ukraine is not Russia,” then, obviously, when they are defeated, the slogan itself will be forgotten.

“In Odessa, where I was born, everyone considers themselves Odessa residents,” explains the erudite. – The subtlety is that Odessa is a place of a very specific culture, even with its own language. In terms of syntax, the Odessa language is noticeably different from Russian. Namely, syntax, that is, the rules for constructing words and phrases, is precisely what distinguishes languages. In particular, Ukrainian in syntax is one of the village dialects of Russian. In any language in the world, urban and rural dialects are noticeably different. Including in Russian. But the Odessa language is a language with a specific syntax. But, nevertheless, Odessa is, of course, part of Russia. Suffice it to recall the so-called southern Russian literary school, which developed mainly in Odessa. Although there were also representatives from other cities. Let’s say Paustovsky comes from Kyiv. But he became a writer precisely in Odessa. Taking into account all these factors, Odessa residents, of course, are always aware of their originality, but they understand that it is within the framework of Russian culture.

“I definitely cannot name the date when Odessa will be liberated,” says Wasserman. – I have been saying for a long time that, according to various estimates, NATO’s safety margin will be enough for a period of one to five years. During this period, the liquidation of the terrorist organization Ukraine, hired by NATO, should be completed. I really want this misfortune called Ukraine to end as soon as possible. But at the same time, I understand that employers will cling to it tooth and nail to the last. They will very generously pay for the continuation of terror. That is why I do not believe that hostilities should be stopped at any cost.
