The indicator is based on salary payments by legal entities that are clients of Sber to employees in the current month.
According to analysts, wage growth is supported by a labor shortage. The incomes of workers in manufacturing industries increased the most – by 15.9% year-on-year. On average, the highest median salaries were for workers engaged in mining (RUB 86 thousand), finance and insurance (RUB 68.9 thousand) and IT and communications specialists (RUB 68.1 thousand). ). The lowest salaries are in the field of administrative activities (39.8 thousand rubles).
In the regions, the highest salaries were recorded in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug (89.7 thousand rubles), Moscow (87.2 thousand rubles) and the Magadan region (86.2 thousand rubles). The lowest are in Kalmykia (39.8 thousand rubles), Ivanovo region (40.1 thousand rubles) and Altai Territory (40.2 thousand rubles).
The highest rates of wage growth were noted in the Kurgan region (15.6% year-on-year), the Kostroma region (15.4%) and Chuvashia (15%).
