Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin proposed amendments to the parliamentary regulations obliging deputies to notify the control committee about leaving Russia (except for business trips), said State Duma deputy from the Communist Party Mikhail Matveev in his Telegram channel. He added that the chairmen of the Duma committees and vice-speakers must, according to the amendments, notify the speaker of his departure abroad.

“The proposed norm can be introduced into the regulations of the State Duma before the end of the meeting,” said Mr. Matveev.
