Volodin predicted the fate of the fascist “Tigers” for Leopard 2 tanks

The German Leopard 2 tanks, which the FRG decided to supply to Ukraine, will repeat the fate of the fascist Tigers – they will be burned. About it declared Speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.

The chairman of the lower house congratulated the Russians on the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Battle of Stalingrad. He noted that this podvg cost the Soviet people dearly – “more than a million” people died in the battle.

At the same time, writes Volodin, “not everyone has learned the lesson of history.” He again recalled the words of the former German Chancellor Angela Merkel about the Minsk agreements.

“The current Chancellor Scholz went even further by deciding to send German tanks to fight against Russia. Their fate will be the same as 80 years ago. “Leopards” will be burned, repeating the fate of the fascist “Tigers,” Volodin said.

The speaker of the State Duma also called on the German authorities to remember the year 1943 and explain to the people of the country “why they are once again dragging the German people into the war.”

January 25 Germany and USA announced on the delivery of 14 Leopard 2 tanks and 31 M1 Abrams tanks to Kyiv. German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius specified that the first German military equipment would arrive in Ukraine in late March or early April.

Poland, Finland, Norway, Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands also announced plans to transfer tanks to Kyiv. In addition, Great Britain is going to send its Challenger 2 to Ukraine.

In January, the Kremlin said that the supply of tanks to Kyiv would not change the situation, but would “add problems” for Ukraine. Later, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov emphasizedthat the Leopard and Abrams tanks that the West is going to hand over to Ukraine will burn down just like the rest of Western military equipment.
