Volodin called to “isolate” Biden – Vedomosti

Tension around Taiwan, the conflict in Ukraine and the worsening situation in the Middle East were the result of the policies of US President Joe Biden. The American leader should be “isolated” before he starts a world war, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said.

“The world has changed, becoming multipolar. Attempts to reshape it according to American patterns will not lead to anything good, only to a global catastrophe. Out of his mind, Biden should be isolated before he starts a world war,” wrote Volodin in his Telegram channel.

The politician noted that Biden himself had previously admitted that the order based on American rules had become obsolete. The US President proposed building a new world order, but, according to Volodin, no one will trust him with this process, since the US “destroyed the global security system.”

The State Duma speaker recalled that under Biden, economic chains were broken, and the European Union found itself in a “deep crisis.” Volodin also pointed to tensions around Taiwan, the Ukrainian crisis and the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. “All these problems were a consequence of Biden’s rule,” said the Russian politician.

On October 21, Biden, speaking at a campaign event, statedthat humanity needs a new world order and the United States is ready to build it. Russian President Vladimir Putin has previously repeatedly criticized the global “rules-based order” promoted by the West. “How can we talk about order based on rules that no one has seen? From the point of view of common sense, this is nonsense, this is some kind of nonsense. But this is beneficial for those who promote this approach,” said he in an interview with China Media Corporation.

According to Putin, a multipolar world is now being formed, which is based on the equality of countries, justice, respect for international law and each other’s legitimate interests. Previously he emphasizedthat getting rid of dictatorship and building a just multipolar world order is inevitable.
