The Kremlin assures that both working trips were not prepared in advance. “President Putin’s trips to the Kherson region and the Luhansk People’s Republic, as well as meetings at the Dnepr and Vostok headquarters, were not prepared in advance,” the Kremlin said (quoted by TASS). He traveled between headquarters by helicopter.
Earlier today, on April 18, Mr. Putin also visited the Kherson region for the first time. There, in particular, he heard the reports of the commander of the Airborne Forces, Colonel-General Mikhail Teplinsky, the commander of the group, Colonel-General Oleg Makarevich. March 19 he visited in Mariupol in the Donetsk People’s Republic. By information Kremlin, the President of the Russian Federation arrived in the city by helicopter and traveled around several areas driving a car together with Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.
