Vkusvill’s revenue in 2022 increased by 26%

In 2022, Vkusvill increased its revenue by 26% to RUB 204.8 billion. This was said in a statement.

The share of online revenue reached 39% (+77% compared to the previous year), amounting to 79 billion rubles. In the regions, offline sales increased by 18%, while online sales increased by 86%. The number of delivered orders exceeded 70.2 million last year, according to the press service.

In 2022, the company opened more than 100 new stores. As of February 2023, there are more than 1,300 stores and more than 120 dark stores in 70 Russian cities. Delivery “Vkusvill” is available for residents of more than 800 cities and 20 villages of the country.

At the end of 2022, the share of domestic products in Vkusvill reached 85%, now the company cooperates with more than 2,400 suppliers. Also last year, the company began working with local manufacturers in the regions. It is noted that about 20% of the chain’s stores participate in the project, and sales volumes under the project have increased 3 times compared to 2021.

According to the analytical agency INFOLine, in the third quarter of 2022, “Vkusvill overtook Sbermarket and services in terms of the number of product deliveries. X5 Group, the press service said. The quality and purchasing manager of Vkusvill specified that the company does not plan to abandon offline stores, despite the growth of online sales. At the same time, Vkusville expects a further increase in delivery.

In December last year, the chain of stores also launched delivery in the CIS countries. The opportunity to place an order appeared among residents of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia and Tajikistan. A total of 1,255 items with a long shelf life are available for delivery.
