“We are seeing irrational measures that are illegal and violate international law, with which the West continues to target countries that balance and form part of the global energy market. Now they are introducing and announcing new sanctions against Russia, this is our partner and member of OPEC +, an important producer of energy, oil and gas. This dramatically disrupts and clutters the global energy market,” Tarek El Aissami said at a meeting of the OPEC+ Ministerial Oversight Committee.
