In the Askeran region of Nagorno-Karabakh, one violation of the ceasefire regime (RPO) was recorded. This is stated in the bulletin of the Russian Defense Ministry on the activities of peacekeeping forces in the conflict zone.
“One violation of the ceasefire regime was recorded in the Askeran region. There were no casualties,” the ministry said in a statement.
The Russian Defense Ministry also stressed that the Russian command, together with the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides, is conducting an investigation into this fact.
In addition, the defense ministry clarified that patrols were carried out along the routes in Mardakert, Martuni and Shusha regions.
