VimpelCom acquired a majority stake in Callibri LLC, which specializes in creating cloud services that allow marketers and entrepreneurs to track the effectiveness of advertising and get more customers from the Internet, the company told Kommersant. As part of the transaction, VimpelCom received a 51% stake in the authorized capital of Kolibri LLC. Callibri will retain its brand, autonomy and will be managed by current management; the teams will remain independent business units.

Callibri is a lead management platform that specializes in marketing analytics (call tracking, email tracking, end-to-end analytics), communications (chat, call back, social networks and instant messengers) and automation of work with leads. The service will complement the tools of the adtech direction (advertising technology division) of VimpelCom in terms of analytics, media advertising and the Beeline.PRODVICE platform, the telecom operator notes. Partnership with the Callibri service will significantly expand the capabilities and improve the quality of cloud PBX for VimpelCom’s corporate clients, the company also hopes.
