The first vice-governor of the Kherson region, Vitaly Bulyuk, was injured in a car explosion, said Vadim Ilmiev, Minister of Health of the region.
“Bulyuk really suffered. His condition is moderate, stable. The driver of the car died on the spot. According to my information, a directional mine went off, the car burned down, ”said Ilmiev (quote by Interfax). According to him, Bulyuk is in one of the hospitals in the region.
War correspondent Semyon Pegov also reported about the injury of the official in the Telegram channel. “Bulyuk was injured as a result of a car explosion in the city of Skadovsk. Now he is in a critical condition in a hospital in Simferopol. It was probably a directional mine that went off,” wrote he.
In November, Kirill Stremousov, deputy head of the Kherson region, died in a car accident. The chairman of the movement “We are together with Russia”, Vladimir Rogov, said that the driver of the truck was responsible for the accident. He explained that the driver of Stremousov’s car lost control in an attempt to avoid a collision.
