Verkhovna Rada terminated Medvedchuk’s deputy powers

The Verkhovna Rada adopted resolutions on the early termination of the parliamentary powers of politicians Viktor Medvedchuk, Taras Kozak, Renat Kuzmin and Andriy Derkach, the Strana newspaper reports. 300 deputies voted for this decision.
On January 10, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky also deprived the listed politicians of the citizenship of the country. He announced this on his Telegram channel, adding that this decision was made on the basis of materials from the SBU and the State Migration Service.
