Education Minister of Finland, leader of the “Left Union” Li Andersson sharply condemned the words of the chairman of the Finnish Parliamentary Commission on Foreign Affairs Jussi Hallaho, who called for the murder of Russian soldiers, the newspaper Uusi Suomi reports.

The Finnish politician became a participant in an initiative launched by Ukrainian volunteers, which allows anyone to write any text on shells for the Armed Forces of Ukraine for a donation. Halla-aho chose a projectile with the inscription “For the freedom of Finland.” And in social networks he wrote about this: “Everything that contributes to the murder of Russian soldiers is right and necessary.”

Andersson called this statement of the deputy “inappropriate for a person holding such a position.”

Riikka Purra, chairman of the True Finns party, also criticized the actions of Halla-aho, noting that “turning the war into a carnival is certainly the wrong strategy.”

Researcher at the Institute of Eastern Finland, Associate Professor Jussi Jalonen accused Hallaho of “dehumanizing the Russians.” He believes that there are signs of military psychosis in the country’s parliament, and people are already tired of the conflict, the discussion in society on this issue is fading.

Earlier, Russian Ambassador to Finland Pavel Kuznetsov said that Halla-aho’s statement disgusted him.

Senator Alexei Pushkov noted that Finland is threatened by the paranoid syndrome of Russophobic deputies who really want to make war with the Russian Federation by proxy.
