Earlier, the chairman of the US Joint Chiefs, Mark Milley, said that during the alleged counteroffensive attempt, the Ukrainian Armed Forces would not be able to use either Abrams tanks or F-16 fighters. He explained that the training of Ukrainian military personnel to use American systems will take a lot of time.
