How reports ABC News, the US Supreme Court is preparing to consider former President Donald Trump’s request for immunity from legal prosecution in the case of interference in the US elections.
As the agency clarifies, the hearing date will be set in the week of April 22, six months before the new elections.
Previously, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals ruled that Trump does not have immunity from legal prosecution, after which he appealed to the Supreme Court.
