US strikes target in Syria

The US military carried out an operation in eastern Syria, striking a suspected facility used by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and associated groups.
This information was confirmed by Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin, emphasizing that the strikes were carried out on the orders of US President Joe Biden.
During the operation, two F-15 fighter jets struck a weapons depot. The United States also emphasized that this measure is a response to a series of attacks directed against American troops in Iraq and Syria.
