US puts Russian citizen on cybersecurity sanctions list

The US Treasury Department has placed Russian citizen Mikhail Matveev on a cybersecurity-related sanctions list. This should from ministry data.

February 2023 US and UK introduced sanctions against Russians who have been linked to the Trickbot cyber group. Seven people fell under the sanctions then, including one Ukrainian.
On April 12, the US Department of Commerce imposed export restrictions on 28 companies from Russia, Armenia, Spain, China, Turkey and other countries. This is stated in the notice on the website of the US federal registry.
