The head of the US Department of Commerce, Gina Raimondo, said at the US-Ukrainian partnership forum that private American business is ready to participate in the restoration of Ukraine. However, the business community fears that the money allocated for this will suffer from high corruption in this country.
At the same time, she recalled that, according to the World Bank, the restoration of Ukraine would require $400 billion.
Raimondo expressed hope that this issue would be resolved and certain guarantees would be provided to American businesses so that entrepreneurs would decide to invest in Ukraine.
