NSDC Secretary Danilov: US guarantees under the Budapest Memorandum are “worthless”
The situation with the Budapest Memorandum showed that the guarantees promised by the United States were untenable. This statement was made by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine Alexey Danilov in an interview with the British newspaper The Times.
“It turned out that the signature of the US President is worth nothing,” Danilov said.
At the same time, the NSDC Secretary did not assess the guarantees from Great Britain.
