On Friday, April 14, United Russia will hold a seminar for participants in the primaries on the selection of candidates who participated in the special operation. Three interlocutors in United Russia told Vedomosti about this. The event will be held at the site of the Young Guard of United Russia, will be held by the head of the central executive committee of the party, Alexander Sidyakin.
According to one of the interlocutors, the seminar will be attended by “candidates for candidates”, i.e. those who showed up to participate in United Russia’s preliminary voting and want to represent the party in elections to legislative assemblies, city dumas and local councils. “Participants of the seminar will be told how the primaries are held, they will share their experience,” he says. According to him, the party is now conducting a series of training events for such candidates, including in its “Politstart” project. “In fact, this is the preparation of candidates and people who will accompany the preliminary voting, preparing them to work in the new conditions,” he adds.
