United Russia promised to work on the issue of returning the death penalty

The head of the Duma faction “United Russia” Vladimir Vasiliev said on the TV channel “Russia 24” that after the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall, many questions again began to be asked about the return of the death penalty.
“This topic will certainly be studied deeply, professionally, and meaningfully,” Vasiliev promised.
The politician added that a decision will be made on this issue that “will meet the moods and expectations of our society.”
Let us remind you that the day before four people were executed in the Crocus City Hall concert hall. All of them were detained in the Bryansk region while trying to cross the territory of Ukraine. In the video footage, some of the detainees speak Tajik. According to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, they are foreign citizens.
