United Carriage Company has replaced its CEO – Kommersant

The board of directors of the United Carriage Company (UWC) accepted the resignation of Dmitry Olyunin from the post of general director. Sergei Limarenko was appointed to the position, it is reported on website corporations.
“The main tasks of the new general director will be the further development of the production line and jointly with Trust the preparation of a transaction for the sale of the company,” said Alexander Sokolov, President and Chairman of the Board of Trust Bank, Chairman of the Board of Directors of UWC.
Mr. Olyunin became head of UWC in November 2022. Sergey Limarenko has been working at UWC since 2021; before that, he was director of economics at TransContainer.
UWC is the largest manufacturer of heavy-duty freight rolling stock in the Russian Federation. The company’s assets include the Tikhvin Carriage Works and the TikhvinChemMash machine-building enterprise. Among the largest shareholders is Trust Bank (it owns 27.76%).
