Sergey Limarenko appointed General Director of UWC

Board of Directors of the United Carriage Company (HVAC) accepted the resignation of General Director Dmitry Olyunin. His place was taken by Sergei Limarenko, reported on the corporation’s website.

The Board of Directors thanked Olyunin for his work and strengthening the financial position of the UWC group, and also wished him success in new projects. His new place of work has not been specified.

Among the main tasks outlined for Limarenko are the further development of the production line and, jointly with Trust, the preparation of a transaction for the sale of the company.

Dmitry Olyunin Was assigned general director HVAC in November 2022, he replaced Timofey Khryapov, who had headed the company since 2018, in his new position. Before his appointment as CEO, he served as a member of the board of directors NPK UWC. Also, over the years, he worked in senior positions in Russian banks, including VTBVostochny Bank and Rosbank.
