Ulyanov: The IAEA does not name the party responsible for the attacks on the Zaporozhye NPP
Russia’s representative to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, in a conversation with journalists, spoke about the indecision of the IAEA leadership in voicing the party responsible for the strikes on the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.
“Ukrainians are, as it were, ‘untouchables’. It is not customary to speak badly about Ukrainians, because, they say, they are victims,” Ulyanov explained this state of affairs.
According to him, such a position by the IAEA “encourages the Ukrainian side to act recklessly, as with these attacks.”
