Ulyanov: dialogue between Russia and the United States on strategic stability will not resume soon

Russia’s permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, in an interview with reporters, commented on the possibility of resuming a dialogue on strategic stability between Moscow and Washington.
The Russian representative stressed that at present the US authorities “openly declare the goal of inflicting a “strategic defeat” on Russia.” To this end, according to Ulyanov, Washington is taking “numerous hostile steps.”
“What kind of dialogue can we talk about now?” the diplomat said, adding that for this the United States needs to reconsider its aggressive anti-Russian policy.
