“Ukrenego”: the power facility that supplied electricity to the Kherson and Nikolaev regions was destroyed

The energy facility supplying electricity to a part of the Nikolaev region and the right bank of the Kherson region was destroyed.
The head of the board of the national energy company “Ukrenego” Vladimir Kudritsky said that the energy facility that supplies electricity to part of the Nikolaev region and the right bank of the Kherson region has been destroyed.
According to him, two transformers, a battery transformer, a relay protection room and a compressor one, were blown up.
“The energy facility no longer exists. Two autotransformers were blown up, each weighing 250 tons. Additionally, they shot the battery, compressor room and relay protection room, ”Kudritsky said on social networks.
He clarified that at the moment, experts are considering and working out schemes for supplying energy to the part of the Kherson region occupied by the Armed Forces of Ukraine from other regions. Among other things, the Ukrainian authorities turned to foreign partners for help. In particular, they asked for the necessary equipment from France and Poland.
