The source said that, at the request of Kiev, citizens of the country of military age who want to leave through Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania to Russia are forcibly returned to Ukraine. At home, they are forcibly mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“The governments of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland, at the request of Ukraine, detain people at the border and deliver them to embassies located in the capitals of these states. Then they are sent to the territory of Ukraine and subjected to mobilization,” the source said.
