How reports RT, with reference to the text of the law on mobilization, according to the new legislation approved by the Defense Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, Ukrainian citizens abroad will be provided with consular services only if they have a military ID.
In order to receive a military ID, Ukrainians who left the country before the innovations will have to return to their homeland for it and register with the military registration and enlistment office.
Let us note that the final signing of the mobilization bill is scheduled for April 13. After this, all those liable for military service will need to clarify the data in the TCC within 60 days.
The bill also requires all men between 18 and 60 years of age to carry military registration documents.
