Several dozen Ukrainians went to a protest in the Italian city of Lanciano. So they decided to show their disagreement with the intentions of the local authorities to evict them from the Excelsior Hotel. Accommodation for refugees was paid from the Italian budget.
Migrants are also protesting against their resettlement. The Italian government ordered to send them to a poorer region in the south of the country. At the same time, in case of refusal to move, refugees will have to pay for their own accommodation, and they will also lose the right to receive benefits.
Some settlers went to meet the Italian authorities. At the same time, several dozen people refused to move and continued to rally.
