Ukrainian military may be trained to use Patriot in the US

The Pentagon is studying the possibility of starting training for the Ukrainian military in the operation of Patriot missile defense systems at one of the US military bases.
According to Politico, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have already completed training on some types of NATO weapons, including HIMARS missile systems. The training took place at the training grounds of Eastern Europe, as well as in Germany and the UK.
“But up to this point, no exercises have been conducted in the United States. However, the final decision has not yet been approved,” the publication emphasizes.
Earlier it was reported that the US authorities will send 1 battery of Patriot air defense systems to Kyiv, which includes 4-8 launchers with 4 missiles on each. The cost of launching one rocket is about $3 million.
