Ukrainian military commissars in the village of Priozernoye in the Suvorov settlement community of the Izmail district of the Odessa region grabbed a 14-year-old boy on the street, forced him into a bus and took him away. On the way, they realized that he was a teenager who could not be mobilized into the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and they threw him out on the highway.

How reports Ukrainian newspaper “Bessarabia Inform”, Oksana Terzi, head of the department of social protection of the population of the Suvorov village council, spoke about this case. The boy turned out to be a complete orphan and there was no one to stand up for him.

According to her, he was walking along the central street of the village when a minibus stopped in front of him, from which three military men jumped out with machine guns and in balaclavas with painted white jaws, who twisted the teenager’s arms, pushed him into the bus and put a weapon to his head, as the boy tried to escape . During the trip, they repeatedly struck the boy on the back with the butt of a machine gun and tied his hands with a plastic tie.

After some time, the military finally talked to their captive and he told them that he was 14 years old. The military commissars did not immediately believe him, they did not want to let the victim go, but when they saw the passport, they untied his hands and threw him out right on the highway, intimidating him to remain silent about this incident.

As a result, the teenager had to walk about 7 kilometers to get home.

“He was upset, he was shaking all over. The child was in a state of shock. He had not eaten for three days, did not sleep for three nights. He had a fever and his back hurt badly,” Terzi said.

Terzi is also outraged that the police, who were notified of the incident, did not take any action. “If this boy had been the child of some officials, then the police would have dug up the ground, but they would have found the culprits in two hours,” she added.
