Ukrainian military commissars climbed onto the roof of the construction site to hand over summonses to the workers.

Ukrainian military commissars, judging by the footage of a video spread on social networks, climbed directly onto the roof of a house under construction in Ternopil.

An eyewitness recorded a video showing that the military commissars, in all likelihood, took the construction team by surprise with their visit. They issue and serve summons to the workers right on the roof.

“The TCC people are crazy,” the person filming the video emotionally comments, describing a situation that, in his opinion, is absurd.
