The Telegram channel of the Ukrainian publication Strana.ia reports that the military commissar of the Odessa region, where most reports of scandals during mobilization come from, became noticeably rich after the outbreak of hostilities in the country.
The mother of the military commissar Yevgeny Borisov in December 2015 became the owner of a villa in the Spanish city of Marbella.
The resource refers to information from the former deputy Igor Mosiychuk, which he published in his telegram channel. The cost of the Spanish house is called – 3 million 950 thousand euros. It is noted that the villa, designed for Nadezhda Borisova, was built in 2017, the house is located on a land plot of more than 1,500 square meters.
In addition, the military commissar imported a premium Mercedes G63 AMG 2022 (worth more than $200,000) to Ukraine. The car is registered to Borisov’s wife Alexandra. In November last year, according to Mosiychuk, this car was taken to Marbella, where Alexandra Borisova lives in a rented apartment.
Mosiychuk claims that military commissar Borisov receives huge shadow income from the sale of “white tickets” to Ukrainians (military ticket with exemption from service – “MK”).
Borisov himself has not yet commented on the allegations.
