Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that it is necessary to put Western partners in an uncomfortable position. He spoke these words at the Wartime Diplomacy Forum.
He spoke about the difference between friendship with Western allies in peacetime and in combat. “If you die, they will put flowers on your grave, remember friendship and continue to live their lives, and you will die,” Kuleba said.
He noted that Ukraine can afford such communication, since “quiet conversation behind closed doors” is no longer effective.
