Ukraine signed an agreement on security guarantees with Germany

Ukraine and Germany have concluded a bilateral agreement on security guarantees. The Ukrainian publication “European Truth” writes about this with reference to the press secretary of the President of Ukraine Sergei Nikiforov.
Previously, media and official sources reported the intention of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to sign similar agreements during his visits to France and Germany, which were scheduled for February 16.
“During the visit of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to Berlin, Ukraine and Germany signed a bilateral agreement on security cooperation in continuation of the G7 declaration on security guarantees for Ukraine,” the publication reports.
They promised to announce the details after a briefing by Zelensky and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
