In the residential real estate segment, two formats of planning solutions (classic and euro format) find their admirers. In an apartment with a classic layout, the kitchen is isolated, while in the Euro format it is combined with the living room; it was the latter that became the leader in demand at the end of 2023.

The main volume of transactions in this segment falls on three types of apartments. According to analysts from the NDV Supermarket Real Estate company, almost a third of equity participation agreements were drawn up for the purchase of Euro two-room apartments, which actually have only one bedroom, and the living room and kitchen form a single space. The average area of ​​such an apartment is about 42 square meters. m. For eurotreshki with an average area of ​​65 sq. m accounts for approximately 28% of demand; such apartments already have two separate bedrooms. In third place are 24-meter studios, with about 20%.

The share of classic-format apartments with an isolated kitchen and one, two or three separate rooms, which can be either a living room or a bedroom, is 11%, 5.5% and 1.5%, respectively. Large-format apartments (four-room Euro-format and multi-room apartments) account for 7.5%.

At the same time, in the comfort class, they mainly sell Euro-double apartments with an average area of ​​about 39 square meters. m. In business class, the main demand is for such lots with an average area of ​​45 sq. m. m and eurotreshki about 69 sq. m. In the premium class, euro-kopeck apartments and euro-three-room apartments with an area of ​​52 square meters were also popular. m and 84 sq. m respectively.
