Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Information Policy, Information Technology and Communications, as well as the host of the 60 Minutes program, Evgeny Popov, in his TG channel wrote that today Russian President Vladimir Putin and the head of Gazprom, Alexei Miller, forced Berlin to sit on the splits.
“If you repair and start the flows, it’s a shame. If you give up the home of Turkey’s hub, you’ll get shot in the leg. Zugzwang,” he wrote.
Earlier it was reported that Putin proposed create a hub for gas supplies to partners in Europe through the Turkish Stream. Ankara promised to consider this possibility.
It also became known that Germany ruled out launch of the undamaged Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline.
