The Turkish authorities demand that the Kurdish formations of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) leave the cities of Manbij, Ain al-Arab (Kobani) and Tell Rifat in the province of Aleppo in northern Syria.
According to sources of the Al Jazeera TV channel, Ankara agrees that the institutions of the Syrian state power should work in these cities.
Sources indicate that the Russian side is doing everything possible to ensure that these conditions are accepted, as this will avoid a Turkish military operation.
It is also reported that Syrian Kurds asked Moscow to help protect their territories in Syria.
