Turchak presented a unified standard for regional measures to support participants in the special operation

Secretary of the United Russia General Council Andrei Turchak said that the working group he heads on the special military operation in Ukraine has developed a single standard for regional support measures for combatants and their families. In published by Andrey Turchak in his Telegram channel The list includes 19 support measures that should be provided to participants in the military operation at the subject level.
In it, according to Mr. Turchak, in particular, it is proposed to include:
- granting to participants of SVO of a privilege on payment of the transport tax;
- benefits for families of SVO participants to pay for housing and housing and communal services, as well as overhaul;
- free social services for spouses and parents of SVO participants recognized as needy, as well as the provision of psychological assistance to relatives of military personnel and volunteers;
- exemption from payment for kindergartens for children of participants in the SVO, as well as their enrollment as a matter of priority in the groups of extension and round-the-clock stay in kindergartens;
- granting preferential vouchers to health camps and sanatoriums for children of NWO participants and children of the dead;
- preferential visits for participants of the NWO and members of their families of cultural and leisure activities;
- free parking for vehicles.
Andrey Turchak also said that the working group headed by him had already sent the fourth report to Vladimir Putin. It also included proposals to create a “social passport” for a participant in the military operation in Ukraine.
Previously headed by Turchak, a working group on the military operation in Ukraine contributed to the State Duma a draft law on the payment of compulsory state insurance to close relatives of fighters who died in the course of hostilities before July 14, 2022. Now such payments are provided only for relatives of the military who died after July 14, 2022. Andrey Turchak also said that this proposal was reflected by the working group on the military operation in the previous, third, report to Russian President Vladimir Putin, presented on April 24. At the moment, this bill has not yet been considered by the deputies of the State Duma.
