Bidding for the increase will take place on June 26. Price lot – 22.7 billion rubles, it includes Tochka and all subsidiaries, including Bank Tochka LLC.
From the press service (Kommersant has it), it follows that according to the results of 2022, the net profit of Tochka JSC under RAS amounted to 6.2 billion rubles. and exceeded the plan by 40%. For the period from January to February 2023, Tochka received a net profit of 1.1 billion rubles. The capital of Bank Tochka LLC is 3.6 billion rubles.
The fact that Trust Bank is negotiating the sale of Tochka, Kommersant wrote in December 2022. According to Kommersant, Tochka’s charter provides for the priority right of a minority shareholder to consolidate 100% of the bank. Kommersant’s sources claim that Alfa-Bank, Tinkoff, Sovcombank, Uralsib, Qiwi and Yandex are among the contenders for 90% of Tochka.
