OKKAM group changed the name of dentsu X agency to IKS

The dentsu X agency, which is part of the Media and Communications division of the OKKAM group, will change its name to IKS, Kommersant was told about this in the company. It is specified that the new name was developed by the ONY branding agency.
“The dentsu X agency went through, perhaps, the most intense path of transformation over the past three years, almost doubled its growth and entered the top 3 agencies on the market,” added OKKAM COO Daria Kurkina.
Prior to the start of the military operation in Ukraine, dentsu Russia was the Russian representative office of the international dentsu network. The fact that the headquarters of the global communication group dentsu transfers ownership of the joint venture dentsu Russia to local shareholders was announced in March 2022. The rights were transferred to dentsu Russia Regional Director for Russia and CIS Kirill Matveev and dentsu Russia & CIS President Oleg Polyakov.
In September 2022, the communication group changed its name to OKKAM. The group’s shareholders Kirill Matveev and Oleg Polyakov then noted that before the end of the year they would change their names and a number of the group’s agencies.
