The Ministry of Finance is preparing to introduce a more transparent approach to the process of distributing budget subsidies among legal entities and individuals. The prepared draft government decree is supposed to unify the rules for selecting recipients of this type of support, as well as automate the process by closing it on the Electronic Budget system. The current rules for allocating support to business from budgets were previously recognized as insufficiently transparent and effective, including due to the concentration of measures under different mechanisms on the same companies.
