Businesses from the regions of “medium response” (Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk, Rostov regions, Sevastopol, Crimea, Krasnodar Territory) complain about the destruction of buildings and infrastructure of enterprises. This was announced by the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs under the President of Russia Boris Titov in a letter to Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. A copy of the document, which was sent on February 21, was reviewed by Vedomosti.
What are they complaining about?
In addition to the physical destruction of objects, entrepreneurs in the border regions are faced with the loss of agricultural land from circulation, with a decrease in the collateral value of property (necessary for obtaining loans), with an increase in the cost of production due to costs associated with increasing relocation risks. In addition, in the listed subjects, the influx of tourists has sharply decreased and the development of social entrepreneurship has halted, Titov notes.
